In this video I explain how I made $1 Million dollars on a property deal with no money down. This property wasn't in my name and I negotiated an option on the land that we will pay them $1.5 Million for the property in 12 months. We sold it within 12 months for $2.5 Million with no money down and all parties were happy. I'd set a goal that I wanted to make $1 Million dollars prior to this happening!

This was just an amazing turn of events that I step out in sequence on this video. This was the ultimate of manifestation when you put yourself under pressure and send out your goal to many people in public stating you will be achieving this in the future, watch what happens, especially if you are truly invested in it. I was truly invested in this business and I wanted a children's play centre to appear for me and it did!

Again another amazing 'coincidence' that has happened in my life far to many times for it not to be a real process of manifestation. In this instance I didn't take the opportunity to lease 'the house of my dreams' due to family circumstances but again the opportunity arose from shear will of wanting something bad enough. I guarantee you I have seen this happen to many, many clients of ours over the years. It isn't a coincidence.
